Yeah, so, last night David treated me to In-N-Out Burger and introduced me to ordering off the secret menu.
I got a double-double burger “animal style,” which means they add grilled onions and more, well, they don’t call it special sauce, but … it’s some sort of special sauce. Damn, it was good.
I’m still thinking about this burger.

you, one of the goddess of the internets (meaning considering the amount of time you’ve been online you should have come across a blog about the secret menu by now…that and you’re hella cool and can strike doubters down with a bolt of sarcasm), did not know about the secret menu?

Here’s the thing … I had my first In-N-Out burger less than two years ago and, while it was delicious, I had not been back since! It’s a crime, I know!
There are not a lot of In-N-Out burgers in my area, so I hardly ever go there and really haven’t read up on them. There is, however, an In-N-Out Burger close to David’s place in Burlingame. I’m sure we will hit it a couple more times before he moves to SF!
I actually wanted the fries animal style, but David accidentally ordered my burger animal style instead, which was fine by me. I’ll get the animal-style fries next time!
