Yeah, so, on Monday, mighty, mighty good man David and I took the day off of work to drink beer all day, because we are awesome like that.
Currently, SF Beer Week is going on around here. We like beer, and there are a ton of amazing events. However, due to the Spawn factor, our opportunities to attend these events are limited. This is why we took the day off to go to the Stone Brewing Vertical Epic tasting at Pacific Coast Brewing in Oakland. The Boy gets to spend the day with the nanny and his friends as usual, but instead of going to work we get their beer on.
I don’t want to brag, but look …
It was really good. If you get a chance to try the Vertical Epic 11.11.11, do it. It’s one of my favorites, and they don’t make it anymore. Sigh.
So anyway, yesterday was mighty, mighty good man David’s birthday, and our good buddy Roger posted this on David’s Facebook wall, and I just had to share it.
This is funny for three reasons:
1) I’m trying to cook more often, and I’m not very good at it.
2) We dress like that all the time.
3) I could totally find a way to burn the beer.
