Yeah, so, live from our living rooms, it’s “Dorking Out!”
In this week’s episode, Smith and I discuss the new season of “Saturday Night Live.” With so many comedy options now, is “SNL” still relevant? Smith still watches every week, and me … not so much. We talk about that, plus share our favorite cast. Personally, I’m still annoyed that Donald Trump hosted last November. It made his awful racism and sexism since like it’s no big deal. He’s a bullshit candidate, and I’m tired of entertainment shows treating these two candidates as equals. They are not equal. Trump is much worse. I guess I’m still mad at “Saturday Night Live.” I’m sure I’ll forgive it eventually. Maybe after the election.
So anyway, we also review HBO’s new drama, “Westworld.” Spoiler alert: We really like it. We have a lot of thoughts and feelings about it.
We also do a status check on what new Fall TV shows we’re watching and which ones we’re dumping, including “The Good Place,” “Speechless,” “Designated Survivor,” “Timeless” and “Pitch.” Plus, our favorite headlines of the week, including another “Scarface” remake.
