Yeah, so, in this week’s Dorking Out, our friend Anthony C. Ferrante, director of all the “Sharknado” movies, joins us to help us process what the fuck we saw on the finale of “Twin Peaks.”

In our second segment, new friend of the show Alexandra August joins us to talk about “Game Of Thrones.” Smith asks, “Is Game Of Thrones a great TV show, or is it going to be another LOST?” Alexandra and I have thoughts and feelings about that.

And finally, in what we’re dorking out about this week, Smith and I chat about the all-girls remake of “Lord Of The Flies.” Is it ruining your childhood? Also, we decide if we’re interested in a season three of “True Detective.”

You can listen to our podcast here, or you can find us on iTunes and Stitcher. If you listen to the show, I’d love to hear what you think. You can comment here, or on our website or Facebook page.

I'm a writer/mocker/goober/mother in San Francisco who likes to drink beer, shop, laugh and make other people laugh, podcast, watch old movies, feed my unhealthy obsession with pop culture, kick breast cancer's ass, wear orange and root for the San Francisco Giants, participate in general jackass-ery, talk about TV, eavesdrop on strangers' conversations, make nerdy “Star Wars” and “Simpsons” references, and post personal things about myself on the web for all to read, which makes me some sort of literary exhibitionist.
