Yeah, so, my sister started a blog and today’s post is about Lorelei’s first day of school. Check it out, because I think it’s proof that Lorelei is the funniest kid ever.
Last night, I went to yoga with Kate and Allison and we spent some time trying to master the crow pose, which looks like this …
I almost had it with the help of some blocks. Unfortunately, I spent more time balancing on my face than on my hands, but I will keep practicing.

Yay, more blogs to read. I have it bookmarked. Great post yesterday, Sonia.

Thanks, Lisa. I’m glad you liked it. I was nervous about it, so the positive feedback is nice to hear.

I just don’t get the whole “yoga” thing. Why is standing like a crow healthy; assuming you DON’T fall on your face?

In yoga, it’s all about breathing and strength. It takes a lot of upper body strength to do that pose.
I have no doubt that I am physically stronger now than I was five months ago. Five months ago, I couldn’t do many of the poses that I can do now. Strength, my friend.

See that? And here I thought it was just a sexual thing.
Thank you for enlightening me. You truly ARE a friend.

Well, it doesn’t exactly hurt in that department either.
